Shipping Policy

Since Vaastu Astro Point primarily provides consultation and guidance services, most of our offerings are delivered digitally via phone, video call, or email.

E-Reports/Kundli: Delivered via email/WhatsApp within the committed timeline.
Remedial Products (if ordered): Shipped through trusted courier partners. Delivery time depends on location (generally 5–10 working days within India).
Customers will receive a tracking ID for physical product shipments.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

At Vaastu Astro Point, we strive for customer satisfaction. However, due to the nature of personalized astrological services, please note:

Consultation Services: Once booked and delivered, they are non-cancellable and non-refundable.
Report Services (Kundli/Remedy Reports): Once prepared and delivered, these cannot be refunded.
Product Orders: Can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order. Refunds will be initiated within 7–10 working days after cancellation confirmation.
If a product is delivered damaged/defective, please inform us within 48 hours for replacement or refund assistance.
